COVID-19: An Updated Message From Simon Bailes

I wish to offer a personal and heartfelt thanks to you for continuing to be a valued customer of Simon Bailes Peugeot throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
The overriding sentiment from me is that you and your loved ones stay fit and well – and, as such, I’d like to advise you of changes that we are making to vehicle sales and servicing.
I’m delighted to invite you once again to our Simon Bailes Peugeot showrooms in Northallerton, Stockton and Guisborough.
In line with government guidance, they reopen to the public from Monday 12th April, and our sales teams are standing by to ensure you receive both the warmest of welcomes and the highest standards of service.
Whilst our showrooms have been closed since 6th January, our aftersales and servicing departments have continued to operate to support vehicle servicing and maintenance throughout the lockdown period.
And of course, we continue to sell remotely, both online and over the telephone, accepting orders for new and used vehicles, using our Free Home Delivery or Click and Collect service.
However, I know many prefer to come and view our award-winning range of vehicles up close, and of course arrange that all important test drive.
I wish to give you my personal assurance that Simon Bailes Peugeot is enforcing strict hygiene measures – in line with Public Health England advice - to ensure both our customers and staff remain safe.
Our showrooms are Covid-19 compliant with 2m social distancing, safety screens and hand-sanitiser stations.
The vehicles themselves are also subject to thorough cleaning of touchpoints, including door handles, seats, steering wheel, gear lever and handbrake.
We look forward to welcoming back many familiar faces as well as a few new ones, inspired by Peugeot’s state-of-the art range, which includes petrol, diesel, hybrid, and pure electric models, including the Peugeot e-208, named ‘Best Electric Car’ at Britain’s Best Car Awards.
This business, founded more than 40 years ago, is built upon forging strong relationships with our customers – based on a first-class buying experience – and we look forward to continuing that relationship for many more years to come.
