Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our team at Simon Bailes Ltd in GB. This role is vital in managing our credit processes, ensuring timely payments, and supporting our financial health. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Manage the credit control process by monitoring overdue accounts and following up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions using accounting software.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any payment issues.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify potential risks or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare reports on credit status and outstanding balances for management review.
• Support the finance department with data entry and administrative tasks related to credit control.
• Qualifications
• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable. (Not essential)
• Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial services within the automotive industry is a plus.
• High standards of professionalism and integrity.
